Mirror Finish: Professional Auto Detailing

1. All jobs are by appointment and must be scheduled in advance
2. Bookings may be rescheduled same day due to inclement weather as per for owner
3. There will be a 20% deposit made for all bookings. Full payment will be due immediately upon completion of services
4. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or 20% deposit will not be returned
5. All vehicles will be inspected prior to and after the job is completed. This will be done with the vehicle owner
6. An electric hook up is not required, but is recommended. Anyone who is unable to supply an electric hook up will be charged a $40 fee.
7. A water hook up is required.
8. Any additional travel needed over 30 miles from east Stroudsburg University will be charged at $5/ 10 additional miles. Example: a 50 mile trip would be subject to a destination fee of $10
9. All major credits cards are accpeted at an additional charge of 3.5%
10. Cash is also accepted
11. Checks will not be accepted
12. Online forms of payment (venmo/paypal/etc) will not be accepted
13. All platinum detail clients will receive a refresh detail within one calendar year at 50% off (additional fees may apply)
14. Any quotes given will be good for one full calendar year from the date issued
